Casa Ciotti perfectly combines an excellent geographic position, just off one of the country’s main motorways, with a pleasant holiday. Just ten minutes from the exit from the A1, lies the perfect place for relaxing country holidays, but also in which to organise courses, business trips or every kind of event.

The old renovated complex and extensive green lawns offer a splendid setting, with lots of facilities and spaces for use on a wide range of occasions.

 The old granary

This building has been rebuilt with meticulous care to preserve all its original charm. The ceiling still features barrel vaults and the original floors dating back to the beginning of the 20th century have been honed and polished. A large window opens up in the walls, painted with natural shades, unveiling delightful glimpses of the garden. The area of about 120 m² available can be used for courses, meetings, receptions and business conferences.

 The barn

The old deposit used for the stagecoaches, transformed into a barn in the 1930’s, offers about 300 m² of space. The rood features wooden beams and the tuff walls and skilfully restored floors create an incredibly charming atmosphere. The particular structure makes this setting easily adaptable to every kind of event: receipts, photographic exhibitions, theatrical shows, concerts, fashion shows and a range of other occasions.

 The Gardens

During the summer it is possible to organise meetings and events in the enchanting natural setting of our gardens. There are various spaces available: the lawns in the shade of the pine trees and olive groves, the fountain with its age-old oak which offers refreshment even on the hottest summer day, the central courtyard with its green lawn or the poetic atmosphere of the old rose garden planted in the early twentieth century. There are numerous corners in which to gather for small or confidential business meetings.
